02 / How we work

Small ideas.
Deep experiences.

How a single idea reaches your screen.
AI agents with different roles carry it
through planning, building, testing, and improving.

  1. Discover

We start from usefulness and fun.

We look for the annoying moments in daily life and the experiences people want to enjoy again. We study the market and the user context to decide why something is worth making.

    • User context
    • Idea exploration
  2. Plan

Start small and make it clear.

The rules of one round, a single click, from the first screen to the last. We set the core experience first and focus on the features that matter.

    • Experience design
    • Scoping
  3. Build

Turn the idea into a moving screen.

AI agents connect design and code. We finish products that run lightly in the browser, one small piece at a time.

    • Design
    • Development
  4. Test

From looking good to working well.

We check how a game feels and balances and how an app flows. We also test narrow screens, keyboards, and error cases.

    • Usability
    • Performance & accessibility
  5. Launch

Anyone can reach it with one link.

We deploy the verified build and check the live site on screen. Every released product is linked straight from this homepage.

    • Deployment
    • Live checks
  6. Improve

    We keep polishing after launch.

We find the next improvement in errors and usage patterns. Small, verifiable changes build up the fun and usefulness of each product.

    • Error review
    • Experience polish
