Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Muckle Inc. operates muckle.kr. This policy applies to visitors of the homepage. The homepage does not offer account registration, file uploads, or payments.

Information we process and why

Your language choice is stored in browser localStorage and a cookie named muckle_lang. Your theme choice is stored in localStorage. These settings remember your language and display preference. The muckle_lang cookie expires after one year; localStorage values remain until you clear them in your browser.

Hosting services may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, and referral information, to deliver and protect the site and investigate errors. The public blog list is fetched from admin.muckle.kr with a language value (ko or en); this request does not send account cookies. Links to products and blogs may include UTM source parameters that identify the referring homepage area.

Retention and deletion

The language cookie expires after one year. LocalStorage values remain until you clear them in your browser. The hosting server uses access and error logs for operations and security; it rotates them daily and retains up to 14 rotated files. Older files are deleted under the rotation policy. We do not collect or store visitor account records or uploaded files on the homepage.

Retention and deletion of information collected by Google AdSense and Suno within their own services are governed by their respective policies.

Third-party services and advertising

The homepage is hosted on iwinv VPS. Hosting and network providers process request information to deliver and protect the site. The music player is embedded from Suno; when it loads, your browser connects directly to Suno. Suno may process access information such as IP address, browser details, and pages visited under its own privacy notice.

This homepage may display ads through Google AdSense. When an ad loads, your browser connects to Google and advertising technology providers. They may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Third-party vendors may serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. See Google’s privacy notice and list of ad technology providers for information about processing, processing locations, and retention.

You can change personalized advertising choices in Google Ads Settings. Muckle’s AdSense account has a Google European regulations consent message published for the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland. Whether and how it appears depends on visitor location and Google settings; when shown, you can review or change your choice in that message.

Your choices and privacy inquiries

You may email muckle.kr@gmail.com to request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of personal information, or to ask a privacy question. We use the email address and message you provide, and any name you choose to include, to respond and handle follow-up. We delete this information without delay once the inquiry and related follow-up are complete, unless the law requires retention. You can remove browser storage by clearing this site’s cookies and storage in your browser settings. Google advertising choices and regional consent choices can be managed through the linked services.
